That means never forget your weapon. Specifically, when you go for a trolly and entertaining glass crossbow run, don't forget to take your weapon with you. Ok, so technically the replay isn't what happened. When I broke the crossbow, the replay sent me into a trapdoor. That's not what happened.

What actually happened was I broke the crossbow, did a run around to grab the shard, went to the next floor, then forgot that a Shrine of Peace takes away all your items, then promptly died.
