Coming to CycloneCon
Why yes, I do have two convention events booked for 2025 already. Who is he? Honestly, someone who felt really brave about their new short story collection.
Anyway, CycloneCon is Centenary University’s one-day comics, anime, and video game convention held on campus in Hackettstown, NJ. This is their second time hosting the event and I’m excited to be a part of it. Shout out to my local-enough comic book store East Side Mags in Montclair, NJ for posting they would be there so I found the application.
I’ll be there as part of their brand new Author Alley section held right in the library itself. This is a space dedicated to local authors, which is one of those growing areas at fan conventions. I’m excited to setup and talk weird fiction and horror criticism with anyone who stops by.
I will, for sure, have Take Out, Haunted, Holiday Spirits, and #31Days: A Collection of Horror Essays Vol. 1 and 2. There is another collection in the works, but I’m not promising completion for April 5. There will be a teaser, for sure.
There might already be a teaser at HorrorCon next weekend, but that’s another story…
Anyway, tickets are available now for the April 5th convention. General admission is $10 plus service fees. Children under 12 get in for free and University Students get in for $5. I hope to see you there.
