The Greatest Performance in the History of So You Think You Can Dance?

I was rather sad last night. Bianca Revels, a tap dancer who has auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance? for years, was eliminated from the top 18.

While I was lukewarm on her tapping ability and turned off by her attitude when cut last season, I must commend this visionary artist for leaving us with what will undoubtedly go down as the single greatest artistic achivement in the history of the series in her final solo.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Children of All Ages, allow me to present to you the greatest thing to ever happen on SYTYCD: A tap solo to the 69 Boyz hit song "Tootsee Roll."

The performance starts at 2:09 and ends at 1:18. It is truly a thing of beauty.

Notice how she seemlessly integrates the original choreography into her tap routine. It's breathtaking, really.

This may be the first time Cat Deely has been left speechless on stage.

Such a shame to lose a famewhore who clearly has a sense of humor about herself. Perhaps that's why she went home. One can only hope her "Baby Got Back" and "Shake it Fast" solos would have followed in the coming weeks. It is now but a dream in the collective pop culture consciousness of America.
